I've never done that so I am not sure but I'm just wondering why dont you upload videos at youtube and simply embed them to your website.

Maybe around US$ 150 and above..
I also think for video sharing you need solid, trustable, dedicated server. Well, they could generate traffic and revenue. You could make lot of money after making you site very popular.
