positive is right, you should try and develop it or at least give it a couple of links for it to have a certain value.
the domain has a certain potential, but you should keep in mind that less and less people consider pagerank as a real decision helping factor and this tendency seems to be growing.
so i would suggest you to scribble a few articles at least and try and sell it in the next 6-12 months tops
