fiveminuteVPS - keep away

Hi,

Just a little review of fiveminuteVPS, well took over an hour for the VPS to come online, its been over 1 week and we are still not online, Cpanel is saying we need to activate it, we have done around 45 times today alone, but no luck. We have been calling them for the past 6 days no reply, and the answering system hangs up on us... Its been the worst host I have ever seen / used (well attempted to use). They don't give refunds, and there support staff don't know much about anything, infact it takes over 24h hours for them to get back to a ticket with something like 'Whats your user name?' when they should and are able to look it up on their system.
We're going to contact the consumer rights board here in Ireland to see about getting the $60 + dollars we paid back, as we have not had the service we paid for.
