989 uniques is a lot. It wasn't advertised as widely as it should have been. It does get over 3000 page views a day and to boot the asking price isn't that expensive. I have seen brand new sites of this type with no traffic sell for well over this amount, but I am open to a 100$ offer on the site. I have already posted the stats for the traffic.
