I think I know the one you mean, and reading on scam.com it is infact a scam, so becareful with it, and do not be too upset if you do not end up getting paid at the end of it all.

Well these are just chepa ways of getting your website popular but in the long term, it hurts you badly and people never come back to the same scammer site.
