Default Non English domains with .com?

Many people speak non english languages such as french and spanish and there are many suhc people on the internet. Now my questions is would a domain such as one in spanish be registered as .com or should t be registered with .es? I personally think that it would be better to target the real audience through the ccTLD for better performance, what are your opinions?

I think an .es in Spain values much more than a .com . For example, I had a domain registred with .com extension and content in German. I didn't have good results, because the same name, registred with .de , took all the traffic

A .com should be for english sites only in my opion and other launage sites should use their domain extensions thus making it easier to browse the internet. Although this is not allways the case as some none other launages are on .com sites

I wouldn't reg any non-english name with the .com extension! I think they would be more valuable with their own ccTLD. Anyway, non-english names with .com extension many have a nice value if the name is a great one!

I think that the both variants have to be registered if possible.
Also I think that many people register .com domains because ccltd in some countries costs tem times more.

I would register the dot com because that is always more valuable. You'll also enjoy better search engine rankings.
