Gtalk

Now a days I have forget to chat on yahoo messenger. I think Gtalk (goolge talk) is very cool because you can actually save your chats on it.

you can also save your chats on msn and trillin, and probably others, they are the only ones i have used, i prefer googletalk over everything mainly because it is so quick, btu o don't have any contatcs for it!

I like google talk but it has not such chat rooms as far i know like yahoo and msn. I prefer yahoo most of the time and in Yahoo! you can also save your all chat conversations.

Google talk is a great tool in my opion allso, you can easily talk through your browse when away from your computer or can download the desktop version. The Idea of talking through the browse is not the only great feature as you said you can also save you conversation very easily for you to go back over latter which is ideal when you are dealing with clients!
