Which pays per 1000 raw impressions? Payment via paypal or check. Please post here if you know any affiliate program which offers such thing.

I think that paypopup has avarage $1.70 per 1000 RAW imps and also Adversal claims that they pay
$1.20 per 1000 views.

All this depends on the source of the traffic.

Paypopup also offers banner CPM program? I never looked because from domain it looks like that it is just for popups, anyways, I'll check them out. Thanks

I am always confused by CPM sometimes are people talking about popups as CPM... But paypoup has that floating banner and also static banner but that generate pupups.
