Hi,
I own a couple of cobalt bluelinq servers and i want to know how to install ajax on them, could anyone tell me please, thanks |

You don't need to install anything to run AJAX in fact
![]() AJAX is Javascript, ran on the client pc (pc of visitor). Thought, you need a XML request handler, so basically you need to have PHP or ASP(.NET) or CGI or JSP or ColdFusion installed on your server ![]() |

There's nothing to install. It's something the the client's browser (ie or firefox) understands and runs.

So ajax is a script like java right? , you dont need to install anything

Ajax is just Javascript with some improvements (librarys).

Yes, these are all correct awnsers. Ajaxs is jsut an inprovment.

YES i also agree,
but if you are talking about providing support to customer, then what you can do is create a seperate folder and upload all the commonly used ajax liberaries in it prototype.js scriptaculous.js jquery.js are some of commonly used liberaries. |
