Please gimme advice

Hello all I didn’t know into which thread to post this message. If I posted in the wrong one please move it in the right thread. I am a dentistry student, and want to make a website on the teeth treatment problems and teeth implants. I wrote several articles for this theme, installed the wordpress engine, but I don’t like what I see in the result. Your website looks fine! I don't think you need a designer to re-do it.

well first that looks like a spam post since the user has only one post and his only post was in this forum putting a link of "his" site for review and never posts back, second, i say "his" in quotes because he could have been hired to post in many other forums by the site owner to spread the word on his website, i have seen many cases like this, dont really like it if u ask me
