This site will allow you to check for errors with your domain name and nameservers. You can also check ip addresses, hostnames, and much more. It was very useful for me in correcting and seeing the errors in my domains and nameservers when they weren't propagating properly.

Thanks for the great resource, I have never heard of that site before.

Now I just have to go about trying to figure out what all these things that failed mean, and how to correct them. (Although it looks like most of them are things with configuration my host has set up, and not with what I have configured, meaning I probably won't be able to fix them.)

Alternatively, you can try WHOIS . This is common I guess. But it helps since it can provide important information about a particular domain name. Its limitation is that its database does not include country based TLDs.
