Default Buying Expired Domains with PR

Is buying expired domains that has PR good? Doesn't the PR reset after the Domain name expires? I've seen a lot of people lately that makes money just by giving and information about an expired domain with PR. What can you say about this?

As far as I know.. that expired domain does not loose its PR.. untill the domain name is expired for long period. And it depends on the site pages. And there is no relation with resetting the PR and expiring domain names.

Ive never heard that a domain loses it PR becuase surely it would still have all of its backlinks, unless they are deleted. So buying a PR domain has got to be good.

I see... Thanks for your answers. I think I will buy the information on what domains which has PR that I can register. It sounds like a good investment to me.

I've never seen any domain lost its PR rating after getting expired
Many people develop new sites based on expired domains that had a good PR rating before they expired

I haven't been able to grab any domain with a good PR rating myself, my best being a PR2 site, which I was able to make it into PR3 few weeks later, but that's my biggest achievment so far

For the sake of my understanding - what good usage can an expired domain name be put into

An expired domain which is no longer accessible will definitely lose its PR. I'm not too sure though. PR is dependent on site popularity .

So is it worthless to buy an expired domain even if it does have some PR at all? I bought one a few months ago that was at PR3. Does this mean it'll lose the PR?

Yes its worthless to buy expired domains. PR will be dropped soon because there will be no backlinks.
