Any views on Hostgator

I was referred to Hostgator.com once. Need to find out more, do any of you use this service and if so, what do you think, also is there tech support OK.

Please if you have experience using them as your hosts, let me know how it went.

My friend hosts alot of sites there. I think they're very reliable, haven't saw any downtime so far, and they're very cheap.

my friend told me they are pretty good, you should try it too

When I used them they were a great host but that was along time ago. And alot of them being a great host was because of they used theplanet for there datacenter but now I have heard alot of horror storys about theplanet because of ownership change so hostgator may have gone down hill to because of that. Unless they started there own DC like they were thinking on.

How long has he used this company?

Even my sites are hosted in hostgator i didnt get any down time till now and no problems

They have 24x7 Online support that is a gr8 for a web hosting company

I would like to hear a little more about peoples experiences with host gator as well here....I have heard about them and was wondering what people thought.

I used it once, it's very good. Good service, cheap and good cpanel !
