InfoPages.In: You can add a mouseover effect on your top menu elements. For example when we mouseover on them it can be more yellow etc.
100Yaards.Com: I liked your logo. But I can't say same thing for your menu and footer. It looks a bit amateur. Try to improve it. Have a nice day

Wow, bold statement on the Google Ads being the best way to earn money from the internet. I think different things work for different sites.

I would say the EASIEST way to make money is Sponsored Links.
