To all E-gold users! Which is the best exchange that you use to cash your gold?

Well I'm thinking of cashing my e-gold by some exchange and I would really like to know which Exchange offers the best rates and the best service in your opinion. I would highly appreciate any help on this thanks!

(I did visit the exchange sites link on the E-gold website but I still want to know if there are any better ones out there)
