I think photoshop is one of the most widely used and important software for designing a website. they just offer lots of feature to use in your image.

Photoshop is a great programme.
Not recommended for beginners.

Photoshop is cool. A lot of features provided to make an amazing image. I think it's worthwile for anyone to learn photoshop.

Yes i agree is i widley used because it is a well known name to designers i mean macromedia dreamweaver flash coldfusion fireworks plus it is a very grenarel software for alot of things. Not saying its the best but is needed.

other options to photoshop could be GIMP which is available on both windows and gnu / linux platform's.

although for old photoshop users it may sound bad but for new comers i would recommend to give gimp atleast a try.
it has more than the feature supported by photoshop if you know how to use it.

I love Photopshop the most..I have also worked on silly Paintshop Pro and complicated Corel..Photoshop is much easier

I always use photoshop because it makes web page more presentative.photoshop contains more different fonts and templates so that we can able to create our web page more creative
