is yahoo indexing faster then google

hello everyone,
A few days ago when i was checking my backlinks in google it should me 13 links but when i tried it on yahoo it gave me 1100+ links so is it something like google indexing is not quick, i can't get the problem out, why is google not showing my backlinks whereas site like yahoo or technorati are recognizing my links.

please help me.

I think Yahoo and MSN index you faster but Still with time Google comes forward most of the time. Alway get more traffic from Google than yahoo or MSN

yes..yahoo bots index pages faster than google does..and the reason is not like google is offering a slow service..but in fact google has almost 3 times more pages to index everyday than yahoo does..thats why they index a bit late..:P there is no other thing like yahoo is offering a better service..same with MSN..so the main reason is work load!

I think yahoo indexes faster, but google gives better results and more traffic to your website from it.

ya probably more faster but lesser pages are indexed than google ~~~!!!

To the best of my knowledge I believe Yahoo indexes you faster than Google. However like the others have said Google will bring you more traffic to your website than Yahoo or any other Search Engine.
