Norton is past nowadays as it's slowing down the machine and there are lots of other issues too with it.
I use ZoneAlarm Security suite for my system

Norton is the best anti-virus protection on the Internet. It scans very well and has updates from Kaspersky problem is that the upgrade of the system will not work if the Nortons fine. With Norton, if you want to easily and cleanly.

As per my personal experience, i can suggest F-PROT for windows becuase its too easy to install and manage. Even there licence fees are very economical and you can use 5 PC for single licence. It even supports Win 2003 Server at same cost.

Norton is best suitable for high configuration systems, since it may slow down the systems but it gives high protection.
I use Kaspersky since i need to do fast operations in my terminal.

I think the best use the Kaspersky, I have been in use for many years, even though it has a number of illnesses, but is not important ..
Norton also very good, but I think it's too much trouble to install and uninstall ..

I agree with Aston Martin. I used to work with Norton but switched to Kaspersky about two years ago and never had to regret that decision. It depends of course if you are using it for work (like for some dedicated servers you need) or for your private PC because AVG works fine for private PCs in my opinion.
