Go to other blogs and leave GOOD, thoughtful comments. Leave behind a link to your blog. Go to forums related to what you write about and provide good value. When you provide VALUE to people, they will want to see what you're all about and will visit your site.
Another thing would be to have someone manually submit your blog to some social networking sites. I have people Stumble my sites and submit them to as well. All that has helped increase traffic to my sites. Good luck! |

Stumbleupon brought 10,000 hits to my old blog in 1st 2 day of its launch as i had made a big network of friends. But SU traffic is not good for adsense. Most of traffic comes from social bookmarking websites and they send good users too. Post in bookmarking websites that have dofollow links only as it improves your search rankings.
