send money via PayPal
i would like to send money from my old PP to a new one.
an old paypal has reach e maximum money send (150$) what can i do to get my money? i do not have a CC i need it as soon as possible |

add your bank account or use a vcc but if its a US pp vcc is not enough

Since the money is already stuck in your account, you have no choice but to verify your paypal in order for you to send money. Well it is not that difficult, just look for VCC to help you on that.
