I would go with http://openwebdesign.org/. I have been using it for years and i have always found what im looking for. They are even helpfull if you need stuff modified.

It's very thoughtful of whoever is offering all of those free templates for others of us to use them to make nicer looking sites.
What kind of an editor do you use though once you download these templates, to edit the words to make them YOUR own?

Look @skins on this page, he created almost all of them and some uniqes for me! Pretty nice in my opinion! |
