site's gone down hill for the last year though :P people still submit though

Zymic webtemplates are coolest free templates I have seen, you can try also template monster, and daydreamgraphics...

Both of them are really cool and I love their templates.

Templatemonster is very nice designs for free, but there paid designs are really nice also, i would persoanly make my own website design than buy one
