It does not matter to me if its .com or .info what matters is the content. Its just .com is much popular than .info.

.com was initially introduced more to be used for commercial website.. However, with the popularization of the Internet, this TLD became synonymous to internet and was the same as having a website.. Every1 thot a website to end with a .com..

So, as history has it, .Com is and will always be preferred..

I usually prefer .com domain names but .info websites can be just as effective if they have suitable content. It also depends on what the topic of the website is. If you're dealing with a very informative issue then .info can sometimes be more appropriate than .com domains.

.com is always preferred to any other Domain Name extension.. Its only the popularity of the extension that makes it a more sought Domain Name extension

.com is a more trusted domain than a .info. And in my opinion .com is more handsome than .info. I just like .com's over .infos.

Dot Com is the only way to go IMO.

Most Popular, Most Valuable, Most Utilized In most cases.

A .com will always get a higher price than a .net for the same word or set of characters.

But I could be incorrect.

Has anyone ever heard of a .net selling for a higher price than a .com other than major gap in sales timing?

It would have to be something like
Fishing.net
Fishing.com

But in this case - .com should still be more valuable.

Thoughts?

According to me it dosen't effect it may be .info or .com but the .com is the better for your domain because world wide people Search .com more than the .info

There is no 2 ways abt any1 preferring .Com to an Info.. The cost just doesn't matter, coz its a Domain Name that is a representation of one's self..
