I am sure that VPS hosting would be the best solution for you. I strongly recommend you Serverpoint.com for Linux and Windows VPS servers which has: 8 xeon cores, backups done a few times a day, minimum 32GBs of RAM per node, RAID10 storage (8 drives or more), redundant power (with redundant feeds), etc. Linux platform will be more cheaper and easy.
