Well, you can do it illegally, but or you can get a bunch of pr5 or higher domains to link to you. You can get links by paying them a small fee.

By illegally I am assuming that he is meaning by purchasing incoming links.
But it is all about getting more incoming links like he stated, the more the better, and well try submitting your website to some directorys, you will get free incoming links from them and some directorys have quite high pr ratings. |

The trick itself is quite simple, exploiting a well known loophole in the Google toolbar¡¯s PR feature: set up a page and do a 301 or meta refresh redirect to a URL with a high PR, a process also known as ¡°URL jacking" .

You should not think how to go from pr 4 to pr 5.
You just have to get as many incoming links you can. To get a good ranking sooner you will have to get links from high pr sites. An easy and 'must do' way to get links is submitting to directories. There are so many of them that you can get a pr 6 only by them. Here is a list to start with. Another way to get pr is to motivate people to link you. This can be done with a niche links directory into your site or by another service that you can provide your visitors with. This is the way I made my directory pr 5 Hope this helped

Do vaious link exchanges and get many links on PR5+ sites. Work on getting alot more backlinks from higher ranked sites.
