Quality backlink has many attributes like high PR, Good amount of traffic and ripe age.

backlinks are backlinks but high PR, ripe backlinks got more credibility.

If you can get the back links from the branded websites or Back link from a Good page rank website, in your related industry, then it is considered as quality back link.

If that Do Follow link is a generic website link without anchor text and it comes from a 0 PR site it is basically almost useless. So not all DF links are useful, but they are defiantly better than NF links.

I think link is a link whether it is do-follow or no-follow. But there is no doubt about the fact that do-follow are better than no follow links.

Quality backlink means that it should be on the same niche website, should have anchor text and url and a do-follow link from a high page rank page.
