Default Do you use frames?

I hate using frames, i dont know why but i have never put a frame in any of my website. Its like a page in a page, eating excessive bandwidth!! What do you think of frames? Do you use them? What for?

Frames are not good for SEO so I dont use them. People might see your website incomplete if search engine has indexed your pages seperately.

Why would people see the website incompletely? The SE should be seeing i like that, any visitor would get teh full page including the frame, unless the framed page is down

Suppose you have a website dxy.com and for index page you have used frames for two pages dxy.com/a.html and dxy.com/b.html

now if the search engine only index a.html instead of index page and anyone goes to that page from search engine, he wont see b.html page and it will be incomplete index page.

I used to a bit. Don't really care for them. Also, yes they are bad for SEO.

I use include() Function of PHP

Frames are already a such of old tecnic. It is not modern and it makes site look stupid. The only thing I have been using SOME TIMES it is iframes. It doesn't make SO much site stupid. It doesn't destroy the look of the site. But I last time used frames from 4 years for one site and it wasn't even good looking.

I hate using frames, I did with 'one' website, but decided to not use frames anymore, I didn't like them. They're useful however.
