Do you trust Free Hosts?

yeah i can trust some free hosts. Like 50webs and zeeblo.

i trust free host. it will something wat i expect.

I have nothing against them. My main site started out on a free host. I couldn't afford at that time to invest money in my projects so it was quite handy. I used dhost.info for 6 months before getting on a paid host.

Some of the free hosts are not OK, but there are also some good. When you are not sure about the site's future and just want to play a bit with the idea of being a webmaster these free hosts are coming handy.

To say it in one word YES, I trust my free host that I have been with for over two years as they are reliable, they have good surport and I have never had issues with them. They have been around longer than most paid hosting services so they must be good and they never let you down!

I know that some free host are a no go but if you research your free host as much as you would if paying you will find the best one for you

well it would be harsh to say that I DONT TRUST but lets just say that ...you know... the feeling you get when you are being offered a service for which you didnt pay for...its just that

I must say I trust free host.
I was using a free host for my blog until I've my own webspace.
Everything was find for me.

I had one of my sites hosted once on one of those free hosts
One month later I had to switch to paid hosting

The server was always down, and my site wasn't available to most of the people
Also the server owner was rarely ever online

So to answer ya, nah, I don't trust free hosts

I don't trust free hosts? Many of them are scammer.. some does not live for long. Few are good but does not provide good stability.

I usualy trust the ones that require a small ad, because i know they can earn the money to pay for the server and thei don`t disapear after 1 month ... Space and bandwith is another thing you should look when getting a free hosting account... if thei offer 1Gb space and 30-40Gb bandwit/month with no ads, thei will not survive mutch ... just think that a dedicates server usualy has 80-160Gb disk space, thats maximum 160 sites hosted in one server... so i don`t think they make mutch cash, if they don`t have ads on members sites...
