Uhm..
I think, http://www.smartftp.com is the FTP Client for me.
I really liked the features and the easy management for the newbies.

I use Smart FTP. And most ftp programs are very similar in nature but control panels different.The tutorial is meant to help those who are starting off with an FTP program.
