I do both. But at work, I am a developer (one bad thing is not web related).

Yeah me too. I can design, develop but I can't create a whole script. I can only edit and develop,improve its features etc. So I'm not a coder yet

I basically take existing templates and are able to make them my own. I can deisgn a bit but I am not that creative and sometime a bit lazy too.

I woudl classify as an intermediate designer and an intermediate coder.

I would say I am a combo of both designer and a developer, with a slight tilt towards designer.
