surf and traffic exchanges are agaisnt google TOS, i know so many people that tried and got banned lol, but you can give it a try if u want, i would advise against it though

* have good content and design * find a niche > seo to that niche * post in forums (edit signatures) * social-bookmarks > bookmark your self or ask other people to bookmark you * myspace > get a friend-adder > make lots of friends > post thx-for-add-comments with hidden urls to your site

Yóu may also add a blog to your site and update it frequently. Ping pingoat.com and also join bookmark communities like del.is.us. That would help increase your traffic in a natural way.
