I prefer LiveChat atfirst and then Ticket system if 24/7 support department. Or else forum is better. And phone, i only use for emergency cases.. i mean when the situation is in higg risk.

I prefer first ticket system than live chat because one can send messages when their is no chat person and most have different time zones
