I totaly agree going for an in-house support but looks like ahostin.biz is not working.. can someone check it plz..

Surely I think an in-house support is much better than outsource.

some more to add to my post..
a static IP is preferred, there are ways to work out a dynamic IP address, but if this is your first hosting, you have many other things to worry about. Stick with a Static IP address...
Use DSL....make sure you have ample upload speed..check your package...

T1 is now "old-school"...that used to be one of the ways to go "faster"...however many DSL packages now surpass T1 line speeds...
