Yes namepoints I am pretty sure has those rates, I haven't got off my 30 days signup thing before I earn points so I don't know exactly yet but from reading around on the site they do.

Anyways admin should maybe consider raising it maybe $2F Thread/$2F Per reply either that or $3F Thread/ $2F Reply.

Its better than what we got right now.
