My new site will use joomla, and will looks really great.
joomla works but is not simple, you have to know how to create modules and all stuff about organizate your CMS

Joomla is my favorite aside from wordpress. It is very easy to install since cpanel and fantastico often comes with this.

Joomla
I used joomla for some of my sites and its really easy to configure and manage your site.but it was quite slow for visitors and very slow in the Admin CP.
