well for beginners i'd say HTML it's easier.. especially if you work with dreamweaver.. just insert 2-3 buttons there, few links.. and website's ready, but for someone who know PHP it's much better option, and websites are loaded faster from what i've seen if they were made with PHP

I use HTML if it is a static website. All my static websites also have PHP page for contact us. They go hand in hand. Its easy to incorporate too and PHP is free

It makes me go laughing, PHP is basic and then HTML advance, where have you kept your brain man,

HTML is a static website designing technique and PHP is a dynmic scripting technique, PHP came way lot after HTML.

For any one willing to start webprogramming, i suggest get through with HTML concepts and then use PHP to create HTML beautifully.

Default hi

Surely i will prefer php.It will provide a wanted intractive code .If i want to say about html means it is not a programming language and it is mainly used for web designing which will display a page in some format.

I will choose php because php is the best interactive website programming. HTML is so static and has limited functions.

PHP and HTML coexist. HTML makes the face of programs made in PHP. Without HTML, PHP programs are mere lines of codes and no interface with users.
