i am using rapidshare or megaupload to upload my file.I do not know the website that you have provided but i rapid and megaupload are the best websites to upload something.

Rapidshare.com : Can upload files at 100 MB and gets a download link but can have larger files for Premium Accounts. There is also hourly download limits.
Megaupload.com : Good for big files but has a waiting period to download the next file and that takes a while depending on the file size.
Sendspace.com : It’s a good service especially with no waiting time between downloads.
Yousendit.com : Good for file uploading but only lasts 7 days regardless of activity.
FileFront.com : Can upload unlimited amount of files up to 1 GB per file, a positive.

I agree. It is far better save your important files in a CD rather than host it in some hosting files. But if you have lots of photos or other files that you want to share with your friends, you can host it in a free hosting site. It is convenient and easy.
