Can i apply for YPN?

It is only available for US people right now because it is in beta mode. As an alternative you can apply for Adsense, AdBrite, Bidvertiser or other contextual advertising programs.

Has a timeframe been mentioned for letting other countries join up? There must be loads of people from outside the USA, particularly those fed up with Google and their heavy-handedness, champing at the bit to join.
