Default How to block traffic from a domain?

Is there anyway to block referring traffic from a specific domain? I have a proxy site and it is getting robotic traffic from few proxy lists and I want to block it. Thanks

You can use the $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'] in PHP to detect where visitors are coming from. Just set the page to not load of redirect somewhere if accessed from that domain.

Of course I still don't understand why you want to do this.
