Lets say you are a Adsense Publisher, and your site receive Auto surf or robot traffic from another domain. if you couldn't stop this you get ban from adsense. So there are times you need these things.

that particular domain will not gets traffic and cant even open the site

first of all why u want to block the site traffic.its batter way you delete all files of urs website on webhosting..
