I like the design but there are a 3 things I don't love:
1) the live support button at the top is like a fix in the design and it don't look good.
2) the logo can ce better.
3) at the logo you can see a "cut" at the left side and it don't look good.

I think that overall, your design looks very professional. However there are a few things about it that I think could be changed:

The "live support" button doesn't really match the layout - I feel that if it were better blended with its background it would make the design look nicer.

Also, I think that the title/logo at the top of the website "WarmWebHost.com" looks really plain, and maybe even boring.

At the bottom of the page, also, the SpamAssassin graphic looks a little stretched.

Other than these things though your design looks good.
