.net and .info have the same prices. I may judge about that on prices from Ahosting.biz. They cost $9.99. Both extensions are good, much depends on your purposes.

I would choose .net or .org. .net is more common used. And .org is good for non commercial site.

.info are usually used by spammers due to their cheap prices,, .net's are more expensive and trustworthy
i'd go with .nets

.net definitely has more credibility if you are planning a long term site. .info is better for quick sites and/or entertainment/fan sites. Unfortunately, a lot of people also use them for spam giving them a reputation.

I personally feel that .net is more credible than .info, as many famous sites which do not have .com available had adopted to .net rather than .info domain.

if it's a commertial site then you should go for .net or else .info will do for any other sort of sites
