You can get "free" domains in a variety of ways, but none of them are FREE, they all require you to do something ...

i would like to suggest you nameroundup.com and namecheap.com, here you will get low cost domains, and if you want .info go for godady it's only .99 $ there

.tk is not good. they display huge banner ads. also its url forward only.. i will not recommend .tk for any reason..

I wouldntget a free domain as many other people said but unlike everyone else, I would say use netfirms.com for domains, they are $6 and trustworthy, i have registered 4 domains with them and a year of hosting.

i would suggest or a .info domain which the cheapest i know or a .co.nr (www.co.nr) they have a great service.
