I'm looking for a site which offers free web templates and does not require a link back to their website and also allow little modification in the templates. So if you any site like this. Please let me know. TIA !!

http://freelayouts.com - They have a great selection of free layouts. Some of them are from other places that do require backlinks. Most of them don't though. I would suggest the owsd.org, but thier site has went down. Which is a real pitty, because it was a great place to get a open source web design. Professional ones too. Shrug..
|edit| Just found out they are back up, but under a different address

I am suscribed at TemplateMonster as an affiliate, but I didn't already put any templates on to sold. It's too more complicated to use, it's better to make your own contracts by some connections and links.Comment

I would go with http://openwebdesign.org/. I have been using it for years and i have always found what im looking for. They are even helpfull if you need stuff modified.Comment

It's very thoughtful of whoever is offering all of those free templates for others of us to use them to make nicer looking sites.
What kind of an editor do you use though once you download these templates, to edit the words to make them YOUR own?Have medical domains and others for sale:
