    Can you ever really make the choice between reliability and affordability

    I have seen countless debates about which is more important. And questions asking if you could only have one or the other. which would you choose? In my opinion they are both important.

    If you have very cheap web hosting but it is completely unreliable, it does not do you much good. On other other hand, if you have a highly reliable web host but you really cannot afford the service, you are once again in a bad situation.

    One should be able to find a host that is reliable and affordable at the same time.

    People don't "think" before they buy, then they are the ones that end up complaining, that's their fault.

        There are some hosts that do offer both, a great example is LunarPages. Have been with them for over a year and they still offer great prices and the best reliability for shared hosts.

          Just use lifelesspeople.com, it's very reliable and free, you just have to post.

            They are many reliable hosts that cost about $7/month, but there are still a lot of "cheapos" who find this expensive.

              Well, you don´t have to get ultra reliable and dirt cheap.
              Instead of getting 100*0 or 0*100, the better idea would be to
              get 50*50, by getting a reasonably reliable host at a reasonable price!

                Really it is down to your budget.

                Cheap just doesnt mean unreliable.

                  Reliability and affordability both are very important but we can't decide the reliability of a company unless we use their services bcoz a particular company might be reliable for more people and unreliable for few people.

                      you cant really make that decision
                      if you want something cheap with alot of space, they are probably on a home server, or they are down alot
                      if you want something dependable you get little space for alot of money
                      to me the best thing to do is get your own dedi

                            If you ask me, I tell that for a person who can invest more will look for a more reliable hosting service than an affordable one.
                            For a person who can invest less will look for a more affordable one.

                              well there are several hosts which are reliable and affordable ..

                              With me the case is different ... i know several webhosts which are reliable so i bought one of their high package but they give me at an extremely low price, so i m good to go
