Mainly just Notepad++ (an exelent, free, code editor for variouse languages), Photshop 7.0 (I am hoping to get Photoshop CS later on...), and of course, an arrary of browsers (I always design for firefox first, then go ahead and do compatability coding for other browsers.)

              Re: Mostly Used tool

I mainly used Dreamweaver for coding and Fireworks for graphics. Yes, I am a Macromedia fan (now Adobe).

I know that Adobe Photoshop is kind of industry standard and I will try to use it more. But I simply find Fireworks to be much easier and can put out graphics in much less time.

Photoshop is the best program for webdesign on the net.

I'm using Photoshop, 3D Studio Max and Flash for making the graphics on the sites. Then I use notepad to code everything together into a nice XHTML/CSS site.
