  • Adsense rejection

My site, elbowroom.com, was rejected for adsense. Can someone take a look at my coding and tell me what's wrong, since the rejection reason was for too many keywords? I didn't think I had too many or irrelevant keywords...

    Any advice will be appreciated!

    Thanks-

Your site has too much links and ads, but lacks contents
I suggest you put some solid contents in there and try again.

    Good luck!

      Re: Adsense rejection

Google is a real stickler for content over links. They will reject sites for that. I think it even says somewhere that there is a limit to how many ad links you can have to put Google on there. Besides the more ads you have, the less people will be interested. Content is king, as well as traffic. I bet your site has pretty good traffic. There is a famous bar in Ft. Lauderdale called the Elbow Room, a really popular spot for Spring Breakers...

I've seen many websites/web pages with absolutely no content with adsense placed on them. Why is that?

Probably because the site that they registered with Go ogle had lots of content, and the one they probably check the most. Then they put their ads on other sites.

Yup. Submit your best content site for approval, then you can place the code on the rest of your sites once you get accpeted. If the editors don't like your other sites, they'll ask you to remove the code. No big deal.
