    How do you get ideas for layouts?

    I am new into web designing. I dont get any idea for a good layout. Just wondering who you gurus get a good idea to make a layout?

    I usually get mine from looking at other sites. Now I know that sounds like I am ripping their design, but I am not. I see their layout, and I notice that it has a very bubbly shape. I like the bubbly shape, so I make a completely different layout that still keeps the bubbly feel. (Just an example.) So I am using their site for general designing ideas but not taking specific pictures, images, or text from their site.

        Theres nothing wrong with getting abit of inspiration from other sites, its not cheating, as long as you don't rip it off that is

          u can always wath the webawards sites to see very good designs there, and get ideas from more than one

            I agree...going to web awards sites and seeing at the diff sites aspires u to make the web layout that are good..but try to implement a particular theme u will work on for the layout..then things fall in place v easily!

                Getting ideas for layouts is mainly handled by web designers. These professionals are known to deliver creative ideas that match your site’s requirements. Hire them!
