I prefer Joomla even though it has a steep learning curve, but once you have got the hang of it, it's quite a powerful system.

PHP Nuke Platinum and Evolution, Joomla, Mambo, and definitely Wordpress. These CMS's are omg uber amazing and have been well thoughtout and are highly supported by developer after developer and used by user after user. They work seamlessly and have always preformed to my expectations. They are all highly modifiable and are updated frequently.

I prefer Drupal over Joomla and any others. It has alot of modifications and skins and Joomla has nice features but, I could just add use mods to match it up and make it fit my style.

I think the best CMS for beginners is Joomla, because it is the simplest, there are billions of free templates, and you don't need to know programming languages. But for some who know PHP or any other programing language there are better and better CMSs. Also if you are expert in programing you can make your own CMS ( this is the best CMS ) :P

I prefer a Joomla cms. It gives different tools and also have advanced features. Joomla is an open source and freely use it. News, products, or services sections, you can anytime fully editing, any location adjacent customisable layouts, without publishing show preview of the content as you work and give menu justify tool.
