The best post to host websites are mihopa.net & trap17.com. I think mihopa.net is the better of the two because it provides better plans although its
forum community is pretty dead and boring.

i have tried trap17 but its hosting requires a lot of forum activity which is stupid since you would be spending more time on their site then yours

Ahplace used to be the best one, but they aren't really online anymore. So I'd say maybe trap17, but the problem is that the community is really dissapointing. There are too many idiots on their forums.

trap17 is hard... better use other sites , I think you can fastly find good post-to-host sites on google and other search engines.
